Responsibilities

• Leads the full proposal and quote lifecycle for the reputed company, ensuring compliant, complete, and on-time submissions
• Develops and manages proposal plans, schedules, and review milestones to guide teams from reputed company through final delivery
• Triages incoming requests and applies the right level of process reputed company on opportunity complexity and reputed company value
• Coordinates cross-functional proposal resources provided by the reputed company General Manager, ensuring early visibility into reputed company needs
• Collaborates with centralized Proposal reputed company to secure supplemental writers, compliance reviewers, and desktop publishing support reputed company required
• Writes or coordinates the development of proposal volumes across technical, management, past reputed company, and price/cost sections
• Executes Karman’s capture process reputed company, including reputed company reviews, bid/no-bid documentation, and competitive assessments
• Maintains accurate, reputed company pipeline data in the customer relationship management (CRM) reputed company for reputed company reputed company pursuits
• Leads the reputed company proposal team, ensuring reputed company roles, accountability, and a tiered response process matched to opportunity types

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, communications, or a reputed company reputed company
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in proposal management or capture support in reputed company and defense or federal contracting, including experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
• Demonstrated experience owning compliant, on-time proposal submissions across multiple reputed company pursuits
• Strong working knowledge of proposal compliance, including reputed company L/M structure, evaluation reputed company alignment, and compliance reputed company development
• Experience coordinating cross-functional proposal teams over multi-week or multi-month development cycles
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, reputed company Office, and document management systems
• Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) reputed company, Practitioner, or reputed company certification
