Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for the reputed company Deployed Engineer and Data Migration roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, hiring-manager partnership, offer, and reputed company
• reputed company and continuously iterate Boolean reputed company strategies across reputed company Recruiter
• Screen 200+ reputed company per role and conduct initial phone screens
• Apply the hiring team's four reputed company reputed company on every screen: networking depth, TypeScript/JavaScript reputed company, modern-tooling curiosity (AI tools, reputed company/reputed company), and customer-facing experience
• Ask the mandatory screening questions covering AI setup, workflow-platform experience, and live-troubleshooting approach
• Submit only candidates who pass reputed company four reputed company, reputed company with reputed company, no-reputed company candidate briefs
• Own candidate experience end to end — the bar for candidate communication is extremely high
• Coordinate interview scheduling across a multi-reputed company engineering interview process
• Flag AI-generated or fraudulent resumes, an ongoing issue in this hiring reputed company
• Partner closely with the CEO and a cross-functional stakeholder to iterate on the ideal candidate profile reputed company on interview feedback

Skills

• Technical reputed company experience — you've reputed company for engineering roles, not just sales or reputed company
• Familiarity with the networking / telecom / infrastructure reputed company. You don't need to be an expert, but you recognize signal words like ISP, OSS/BSS, MPLS, provisioning, and TypeScript
