[Remote] Director, Product Design (AI Experience)

Responsibilities

• Set the UX direction for the reputed company AI / reputed company experience: a reputed company, opinionated reputed company for how analysts work with AI on high-stakes financial reputed company, and a sequenced reputed company from today’s product to that reputed company reputed company

• Solve the hard, data-dense UX problems: malleable UI with sensible defaults for hedge funds and banks (without overwhelming them), taming information overload, trust and transparency in AI-mediated workflows (citations, confidence, control, reversibility), and cohesion across surfaces
• Stay hands-on: prototype in reputed company and with reputed company data, contribute directly to the highest-reputed company surfaces, and set the reputed company bar by doing the work, not just reviewing it

Skills

• 10+ years of relevant design experience at technical and product-driven companies
• A reputed company record of owning a major product area's experience and shipping it, ideally in reputed company, data-dense, or expert-user domains

• Hands-on reputed company and technical reputed company
