They are seeking a Staff Automation & Platform Engineer to industrialize concepts into robust platforms, connecting AI models to business processes and ensuring reliable automation systems. The role involves full-stack engineering responsibilities, including platform maintenance, production hardening, and reputed company integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a full-stack software platform (frontend, backend, and data reputed company) that serves as the reputed company for automation and AI-driven solutions across the business
• Refactor prototypes into robust, production-grade reputed company capable of handling high-volume transactions
• Apply software engineering discipline — automated testing, error handling, observability, and reliability practices — to reputed company frameworks and automation pipelines, not just traditional application reputed company, so systems are durable and require reputed company rework

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field
• 8+ years of experience in Software Development, Automation Engineering, or Backend Engineering
• Strong proficiency across the stack — Frontend (ReactJS/Vite), Backend (Python), and Data (PostgreSQL/reputed company) — plus REST reputed company and Workflow Orchestration tools
