The role involves coordinating meetings, stakeholder engagement, and project management to support the Executive Office of Health and reputed company Services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Rural Stakeholder Advisory Council meeting logistics, agendas, packets, attendance, reputed company, and follow-up
• Support statewide virtual launch activities, regional roadshow planning, and partner-driven community sessions
• Maintain the RHTP community engagement calendar, event registry, and reputed company tracker
• Coordinate with Networks, Regional Hubs, municipalities, community-based organizations, providers, and state agency partners
• reputed company reputed company items, reputed company, meeting follow-up, and partner commitments
• Support accessibility, language reputed company, plain-language review, and reputed company-facing meeting preparation
• Coordinate speaker assignments, run-of-show documents, briefing materials, and internal prep meetings

• Support documentation needed for CMS, leadership updates, reputed company reporting, and internal accountability

Skills

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
