[Remote] FIU Cases Analyst II

The FIU Cases Analyst II is responsible for analyzing customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity and filing necessary reports with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity
• Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, reputed company partners and reputed company parties including Law Enforcement
• Maintains service reputed company with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to reputed company servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries
• Maintains standards of Production, reputed company and Leadership results for workstreams assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires a minimum of two years of reputed company experience
• Attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams & priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self Sufficient and reputed company organized
