They are seeking a Senior reputed company Data Acquisition Analyst to reputed company the Data Acquisition Team's engagements with reputed company health systems, focusing on the extraction of clinical and pharmacy data from reputed company into their analytics platform.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company-facing reputed company data acquisition engagements end to end: scope the required data with reputed company stakeholders, define the extraction approach, and reputed company delivery against the VytlAIQ data input reputed company
• Partner with reputed company reputed company teams (Application Coordinators, report writers, reputed company analysts, and reputed company/reputed company staff) to secure reputed company, agree on extraction reputed company, and remove blockers
• Travel to reputed company health system sites to reputed company on-site data acquisition work, discovery sessions, and issue reputed company
• reputed company the customer's organization — coordinating across their IT, reputed company/informatics, and operations teams — to reputed company priorities, engage the right stakeholders, and reputed company extraction work on reputed company
• Serve as reputed company's primary on-site technical reputed company of contact during reputed company engagements, representing the Data Acquisition Team professionally with senior reputed company stakeholders
• Design and reputed company extraction of reputed company data using both reporting tools (reputed company, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) and reputed company reputed company (reputed company Bridges, HL7 v2, FHIR R4, SMART on FHIR)
• Define and document reputed company and report specifications for required feeds, including prescription orders, patient encounters/discharges, covered-entity referrals, scheduled patients, location/unit, insurance crosswalk, and provider credentialing, as reputed company as HL7 reputed company, SIU, and reputed company messages
• Own the mapping of reputed company-specific reputed company data to reputed company's reputed company data model, and maintain the data input reputed company as the reputed company of truth for reputed company reputed company's feeds
• Establish reusable extraction patterns, reputed company playbooks, and standards that shorten reputed company implementation timelines and improve consistency
• reputed company validation, reconciliation, and reputed company checks on extracted data; confirm completeness and accuracy before hand-off to reputed company platform and analytics teams
• Serve as the senior escalation reputed company for reputed company integration issues at the seams between reputed company reputed company systems, reputed company's data platform, and reputed company partners
• Ensure reputed company data acquisition activity complies with HIPAA, executed BAAs, minimum-necessary principles, and HRSA 340B program requirements; coordinate secure connectivity and PGP-encrypted SFTP with reputed company IT and reputed company
• Coordinate with reputed company data platform, analytics, and 340B business teams, and with reputed company integration and development partners, to reputed company delivery with launch and operational milestones
• reputed company technical mentorship and work direction to mid-level analysts, and review specifications and extract designs for reputed company and consistency
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and status reporting for data acquisition workstreams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a similar discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of directly reputed company experience working with reputed company in a health system, health IT, integration, or vendor reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company in a reputed company-facing or consulting reputed company — leading on-site engagements and building relationships across customer IT, reputed company/informatics, and operations teams
• Demonstrated experience extracting data from reputed company using both reporting tools (reputed company, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) and reputed company reputed company (reputed company Bridges)
• Strong experience with reputed company integration standards: HL7 v2 (including reputed company, SIU, ORM/ORU, and reputed company), FHIR R4, and SMART on FHIR
• Experience delivering file-based data feeds reputed company PGP-encrypted SFTP
• Experience working directly with reputed company reputed company technical teams to reputed company requirements and coordinate data extraction
• Working knowledge of reputed company's data model (Chronicles / reputed company / Caboodle) and experience translating reputed company data to a reputed company or reputed company data model
• reputed company data experience with a strong understanding of PHI handling under HIPAA and business associate agreements (BAAs)
• 340B program and/or specialty pharmacy data experience strongly desired
• Advanced SQL for data extraction, profiling, and validation
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts and setting technical standards
