They are seeking a Senior reputed company Marketing Manager (B2C) to reputed company B2C reputed company initiatives, including reputed company acquisition and lifecycle marketing, while developing targeted messaging for various learner segments.

Responsibilities

• Own B2C reputed company across reputed company, ambassador, organic, referral, partnerships, and event channels
• Build and reputed company repeatable acquisition engines targeting reputed company student communities; prioritize by CAC efficiency and conversion potential
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across reputed company and reputed company (with room to test new platforms)
• Own budget allocation with reputed company CAC and ROAS accountability; reputed company data-driven reallocation reputed company
• reputed company differentiated positioning for med, NP, and PA reputed company
• Translate product features into high-converting value propositions across ads, reputed company pages, and reputed company-gen assets
• Partner with lifecycle/CRM to ensure demand captured at the top of the funnel converts
• Identify and address drop-off points across the acquisition funnel
• Execute student-facing events and conference activations
• Build and test reputed company programs, including ambassador initiatives, reputed company partnerships, referrals, and organic reputed company tactics
• Own demand gen reporting: reputed company volume, reputed company, and cost of new trial starts and subscribers across reputed company channels

Skills

• 5–8 years of marketing experience with a heavy reputed company on reputed company marketing, demand reputed company or performance marketing
• Proven reputed company record managing reputed company media budgets ($50K–$300K annually) with measurable ROI
• Strong grasp of full-funnel demand gen: reputed company acquisition, conversion optimization, referral/ambassador programs, and reputed company nurture
• Experience with lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automation
• Experience marketing to reputed company B2C audiences (reputed company, professionals in training, or tight-reputed company communities preferred)
• Strong product intuition and experience partnering closely with product teams
