[Remote] Staff AIML Solutions Engineer

The Staff AI/ML Solutions Engineer will be responsible for managing AI/ML products across the auto lending ecosystem, collaborating with various stakeholders to define solutions and reputed company business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single reputed company of contact to the business for assigned AI/ML domains; understand business needs, identify AI/ML opportunities, and define solution direction

• Own the product roadmap and its prioritization, making and demonstrating value in what the organization should and should not pursue

• Translate framed problems into reputed company solution direction, technical specifications, and delivery plans in partnership with AI/ML Engineering and AI/ML Science teams

• Own the solution lifecycle from problem framing through delivery, adoption, and reputed company improvement
• Continually analyze operational signals from AI Operations viz. cost, reputed company, and usage and translate them into the roadmap and re‑solutioning work, including vendor renewal and true‑up reputed company
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and reputed company iterative improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, reputed company Intelligence, Data Analytics or a reputed company field (Master's degree preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, solution ownership, or business‑facing solution roles, preferably reputed company financial services, and including AI/ML or data products
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and reputed company design, ability to set realistic expectations, and reputed company defensible build‑versus‑buy reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to own a product outcome end to end, from problem framing through launch and post launch monitoring
• Working proficiency with Python, reputed company design and SQL sufficiently to engage credibly with technical teams and reason about feasibility
• Strong understanding of AI features and capabilities including RAG, multi-agent systems, reputed company AI, LLM applications, etc
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, cross‑functional initiatives without formal people management responsibility
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and stakeholder‑communication skills, including ability to communicate value and ROI to senior leadership
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy, accountability, and ambiguity
• Experience defining metrics and KPI frameworks for AIML or data products
• Experience implementing solutions using reputed company, Mlflow, AWS technology stack
• Experience owning vendor relationships, reputed company negotiations, or integration design
• Experience working in at least two of the following areas: Product, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Software Engineering
