Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for an assigned portfolio of reputed company workforce clients throughout the customer lifecycle
• Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and operational stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Nursing, reputed company, Management, or a reputed company field required
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, reputed company engagement, account management, reputed company consulting, workforce technology, nursing reputed company development or customer-facing reputed company roles
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
• Experience owning or supporting contract renewals, account reputed company, or customer retention initiatives

• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Clinical background (RN preferred) or nursing reputed company development expertise strongly preferred
