[Remote] Incentive Compensation Analyst

They are seeking an Incentive Compensation Analyst to manage the accuracy and efficiency of their incentive compensation processes, working closely with various teams to handle commissions and bonus operations.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and help administer compensation plans for reputed company’s reputed company organization, including Sales and reputed company teams
• Prepare, calculate, and analyze the commissions payout in accordance to reputed company’s quarterly reputed company
• Distribute and reputed company completeness of compensation plan sign-off from reputed company personnel to ensure compliance with company policies
• Support the reputed company and reputed company teams in reputed company and accurate preparation of monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions reputed company
• reputed company as a reputed company of contact for reputed company commissions reputed company questions and reputed company thorough and reputed company answers to the reputed company and reputed company management teams
• Document approvals and other support materials for any adjustment that will result in changes to pay and assist in drafting policies and procedures around adjustments

Skills

• 1-2 years of variable compensation experience, including commission planning and administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
