The Clinic Manager is responsible for the operational performance of medical office practices, ensuring that objectives are met and managing activities reputed company the clinic or department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with staff, providers, and patients

• Partner with reputed company Chiefs on performance and talent management
• Coordinate hiring, reputed company, and staff orientation for assigned clinics

• Conduct regular meetings with providers and staff
• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, teamwork, and professionalism
• Manage clinic financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable in a reputed company manner
• Participate in budget preparation and manage clinic financial performance
• Ensure EHR work lists are managed daily
• Maintain reputed company over daily operations. reputed company routine operational issues
• reputed company process improvement reputed company assigned clinics and participate fully in BMC process improvement initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, management, or reputed company reputed company field
• 3 years of clinic or reputed company leadership experience
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, ICD, and CPT coding
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Certification in BLS
• Master's degree in reputed company or management field
• reputed company RN license recognized by the reputed company reputed company of Nursing
• Experience in personnel, budgeting, and computer systems
