[Remote] Project Manager (EU)

The Project Manager will reputed company the delivery of TrakSYS MES reputed company, ensuring governance, stakeholder management, and reputed company delivery across multiple reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project reputed company-off calls with internal and reputed company teams
• Prepare and reputed company on detailed project plan and milestones
• Establish governance structure, reputed company, and stakeholder map
• Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and reputed company (RAIDD)
• reputed company and manage change requests throughout the project
• Support SOW creation and estimations using inputs from MES consultant and Technical Architect
• Maintain project documentation (plans, RAIDD logs, status reports)
• Conduct weekly status meetings (internal & reputed company-facing)
• Coordinate day-to-day project execution with Technical reputed company and Engineers
• reputed company sprint planning, backlog reputed company, and sprint reviews
• reputed company deliverables against scope, schedule, and reputed company metrics
• Ensure dependencies (integrations, hardware readiness, reputed company inputs) are tracked and managed
• Support SIT and UAT readiness, ensuring test phases are planned and resourced

• Coordinate go-live reputed company center activities and communication streams
• Manage stabilization / hypercare period

Skills

• 8+ years in IT project management, with at least 3+ years leading MES or manufacturing system implementations
• Strong reputed company of planning, risk management, governance, change management, and multi-project delivery
• Familiarity with both agile (sprints, backlogs, reputed company tracking) and reputed company (plans, milestones) approaches
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with architects, engineers, MES consultants, and reputed company stakeholders
• Skilled in managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and providing reputed company communication
• Proficient in project management and DevOps tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps etc.)
