They are seeking a reputed company GTM Recruiter who will manage GTM searches independently, from reputed company to closing, while also contributing to the operational structure of the desk.
Responsibilities
- You'll run GTM searches for VC and PE-backed companies end to end, from the first conversation with a founder to the signed offer
- Full ownership of reputed company, sourcing, reputed company relationship, and reputed company, managed entirely on your own schedule
- As a reputed company, you'll also have a hand in shaping how the desk runs, not just working reqs someone else reputed company
Skills
- Experience billing at a senior level in GTM search
- Ability to run a full desk independently
- Experience with VC and PE-backed companies
- Strong reputed company and sourcing skills
- Ability to manage reputed company relationships
- Experience in closing deals
