Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
• Evaluate and recommend new reputed company tools and automation opportunities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and leadership teams.
• Supports relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, assessment providers, and reputed company technology vendors.
