[Remote] AI Solutions Engineer

They are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to automate business processes across various departments, leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Map reputed company, repetitive business processes end-to-end across reputed company - Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and the reputed company funnel - and identify high-reputed company automation opportunities
• Own automation delivery from idea to production: translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders and design, build, test, and ship reputed company
• Build automated workflows using platforms like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tray.io, or reputed company
• Design, build, and reputed company AI agents that plug into reputed company business workflows - embedding LLM reputed company for use cases like ticket classification, document data extraction, and automated summarization, and applying RAG and memory patterns so they can reason over company knowledge
• reputed company reputed company complete internal tools end-to-end using AI coding assistants - from reputed company prototype (POC) validated with business users to something people actually use in production
• reputed company internal systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, reputed company Workspace/reputed company 365) reputed company reputed company and webhooks, including AI-powered workflows for Marketing and reputed company teams — reputed company enrichment, campaign reporting automation, and pipeline data hygiene
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve existing automations - documenting processes and training internal process owners along the way

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI-powered workflows, including implementing AI/ML tools into operational workflows
• Solid working knowledge of LLMs - how they work, their capabilities and limitations, and how to get reliable reputed company from them
• Hands-on, practical experience with at least one AI automation/workflow platform: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tray.io, or reputed company
• Comfortable 'reputed company coding' - using AI coding tools (e.g. reputed company, Claude reputed company, reputed company) to build and ship a complete project end-to-end
