Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training curriculum for clinical documentation workflows (e.g., provider documentation, templates, SmartTools)
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and at-the-elbow training to providers and clinical staff
• reputed company training materials including manuals, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and simulations
• Ensure training content aligns with system updates, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards
