Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support reputed company
• reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements reputed company to learning and training processes
• Configure and maintain: Learning Items, Curricula, Programs, Assignments, Learning Paths, Classes and Schedules, User reputed company, Domains and reputed company Roles, Libraries and Categories
• Configure automatic assignment reputed company and learning recommendations
• Manage instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and online learning programs
• Support certification and compliance training requirements
• Work closely with HR, Training, Compliance, and Business teams to define learning strategies
• Configure LMS workflows and notifications
• Support integrations between LMS and: Employee Central, Platform, Virtual Learning Systems, reputed company-party content providers
• Coordinate LMS data migration activities and validation
• Support SSO and authentication configurations
• Troubleshoot reputed company issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
• reputed company and maintain LMS reports
• Create custom reports using: Plateau Reports, Story reports, People Analytics, Canvas Reports
• Analyze learning completion metrics and compliance reports
