They are seeking a reputed company Manager who will be responsible for customer advocacy, managing post-sale activities, and increasing customer retention through strategic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Function as the customer reputed company and reputed company internal feedback on how we can reputed company serve our schools
• Manage reputed company post-sale activity for clients through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product and reputed company with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
• Increase customer retention through strategic and proactive engagement by ensuring our schools consistently realize value from the reputed company platform
• reputed company accounts to identify churn risk and work reputed company to eliminate that risk
• Simultaneously manage multiple customers who are at different points on the account lifecycle

Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a reputed company or similar role
• Ideally combined background of account management and/or sales experience
