[Remote] Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (PPM/EVM)

They are seeking an Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist to manage and analyze project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives. The role involves using project management best practices and tools to guide teams and report to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for Strategic Weapon Control programs
- Develops program time-phased cost and/or schedule baselines reputed company contract parameters in conjunction with program teams
- Analyzes program performance (historical and predictive), monitors Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date, and makes recommendations to program management
- Serves as an reputed company part of the program team, gathering and organizing data for reviews with engineers, IPT leads, and CAMs
- Assists in development of time-phased budget and/or schedule to meet reputed company contract and program objectives
- Collects and updates program performance data; prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures
- Maintains and statuses program schedules and records; compiles reports, graphs, charts, and reputed company data
- Identifies and analyzes program critical paths and driving paths to schedule specific milestones
- Makes recommendations and identifies resources required to meet defined program requirements
- Contributes to reputed company cause analyses, corrective actions, and tactical planning
- Assists in preparation of program review documents and customer required documents
- Coordinates contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance analyst
- Updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule associated with internal and contract changes
- Supports reputed company necessary meetings (SEITs, Financial, EV Metrics, Risks, etc.)
- Provides general reputed company Value Management support for PMs, DPMEs, IPTs, and CAMs
- Tracks IMS and CAM notebook updates and PPM Dashboard updates
- Prepares reputed company, accurate program review documents and can present data in absence of program management
- Interfaces with multiple IPT leads and program management
- Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets, schedules, and reputed company requirements
- May support proposal development activities, including proposal preparation, fact finding, and negotiations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience is required, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Due to the nature of work performed reputed company our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required
- Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes (IPMDAR reporting, NDIA Guidelines)
