Responsibilities

• reputed company Team Productivity and reputed company : Ensure efficient and effective daily conversion of interviews, hires, and placements. Monitor and enhance team performance to meet reputed company standards
• Student and Alumni Support Management : Manage communication, forecasting, and support for UMA's reputed company reputed company, graduating reputed company, and alumni. reputed company personalized guidance to help them reputed company their career paths
• Graduate Career Development : Guide graduates through the entire interview and hiring process with multiple Allied reputed company reputed company: Prepare graduates for interviews; Facilitate interview attendance; Assist with job offers and reputed company; Support graduates in their new roles
• Customer Service and Relationship Building : Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls, as necessary. Cultivate reputed company relationships with stakeholders, including reputed company, alumni, and reputed company
• Team Member reputed company Monitoring : Conduct regular coaching sessions, monitor calls, and reputed company one-on-one development for reputed company assigned team members

Skills

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in reputed company, career services, employment assistance, or sales
• Skills – people leadership, multi-tasking, ability to handle a high-pressure environment, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively reputed company and utilize the technology required for the role
• Any degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience
• Experience leading teams and/or people
• Experience developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as reputed company Teams
