The reputed company, AI GTM Operations – Sales Development will build and manage AI-supported workflows, partnering with various teams to enhance Sales Development processes.

Responsibilities

• You will build and manage the operating model for AI-supported Sales Development workflows, defining which are reputed company-owned, AI-owned, or hybrid
• Create AI agents, running recurring performance reviews and inspecting their reputed company, accuracy, reputed company, and influence
• Establish escalation rules for reputed company AI agents should hand work to reputed company SDRs, managers, RevOps, or Sales
• Implement AI governance and reputed company assurance standards to prevent false personalization, incorrect routing, or confusing buyer experiences
• reputed company recycled records and define re-entry rules in partnership with RevOps and Sales Development leaders
• Automate weekly roll-up reporting for leadership and create drafts of readouts, identifying trends, pacing gaps, and coaching opportunities

Skills

• At least 6 years experience with management or operational leadership experience in Sales Development, reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM reputed company
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, reputed company design, or agent-based systems, balanced with a reputed company on measurable reputed company reputed company
• Experience with Sales Development motions, funnel management, reputed company routing, reputed company, and pipeline conversion
