[Remote] Medicare Program Education Specialist

The Medicare Program Education Specialist is responsible for supporting retirees in understanding their Medicare benefits, conducting educational sessions, and developing materials to enhance communication and reputed company regarding their reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conducting educational webinars and informational sessions
- Responding to retiree inquiries reputed company phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Explaining plan reputed company, enrollment steps, and eligibility requirements in reputed company, accessible language
- Developing and updating educational materials, FAQs, and guidance documents
- Contributing to newsletters and website content reputed company to Medicare benefits
- Tracking common questions and providing feedback to improve communication strategies
- Collaborating with reputed company partners to ensure consistent, accurate information is shared with retirees
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Medicare programs, retiree benefits, and health insurance concepts, with the ability to explain reputed company information in reputed company terms
- Experience in education, benefits counseling, customer service, or reputed company navigation, preferably working with older adult populations or retirees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, webinars, and one-on-one consultations in a reputed company and empathetic manner
- Proficiency with remote communication tools and basic office software (e.g., email, video conferencing platforms, word processing, and spreadsheets)
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a remote work environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant regulatory and reputed company standards
- Prior experience in benefits administration, insurance, or reputed company school systems is preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in education, communications, reputed company administration, reputed company work, or a reputed company field is beneficial; equivalent experience may be considered
