Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing members
• reputed company individuals on Medicare plans and available coverage reputed company
• Guide members through the enrollment process while ensuring a reputed company customer experience
• Recommend health plan solutions based on reputed company individual's needs
• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting CMS, HIPAA, and company compliance standards
• Meet sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional service
• Partner with teammates to support overall sales initiatives and member satisfaction

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
