[Remote] Tax Manager, Financial Services

In this role, you will reputed company tax solutions to clients in the banking, fintech, reputed company currency reputed company, while managing reputed company relationships and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Review and/or prepare corporate tax returns
• Conduct tax research and reputed company guidance and consultation to clients
• Identify and implement tax planning and tax savings strategies
• Collaborate and engage in large reputed company
• Manage and foster existing reputed company tax relationships through reputed company deliverables and a hands-on consultative approach
• Mentor and reputed company interns, staff, and senior staff while promoting a highly interactive team environment
• Manage multiple engagements at once

Skills

• Previous experience with C-Corp taxation, tax provision experience, ASC 740 (FAS 109) required
• Previous banking experience required
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
• CPA license or EA required
• A minimum of five (5) years' experience in reputed company reputed company or corporate/reputed company reputed company especially from a large reputed company
• Ability to grow strong reputed company relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Tax research skills
