Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Hardware Engineer for their Robotics Lab. The role involves integrating and maintaining robotic platforms, developing data collection pipelines, and optimizing teleoperation systems.

Responsibilities

• Bring up, reputed company, and maintain robotic platforms including humanoids, robotic manipulators, and mobile robots
• Build and maintain robust integrations with ROS 2, hardware SDKs, and custom control interfaces
• Design reputed company data collection pipelines for multimodal robotics datasets using formats such as ROS Bag and HDF5
• reputed company reliable teleoperation systems with an emphasis on low-latency control and operator experience
• Build and optimize reputed company-time video streaming infrastructure using technologies like WebRTC and GStreamer
• reputed company, synchronize, and reputed company advanced perception hardware including reputed company RealSense and reputed company camera systems
• Diagnose hardware, networking, and reputed company-level issues across lab and remote deployments
• Improve developer tooling, automation, and documentation to increase reliability and research reputed company

Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with working knowledge of C#
• Deep experience with ROS 2, Ubuntu/Linux, reputed company, Git, and reputed company scripting
• Experience integrating robotics hardware through vendor SDKs and low-level hardware reputed company
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, SSH, VPNs, REST/gRPC, and WebSockets
• Hands-on experience building teleoperation systems and reputed company-time video streaming infrastructure
• Experience integrating and calibrating multimodal sensor systems, including RGB, depth, stereo, and IMU sensors
• Familiarity with managing large robotics datasets using reputed company storage platforms such as AWS S3 or reputed company reputed company
