[Remote] Senior UX Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently seeking a Senior UX Designer for a remote contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in reputed company, TX. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary design team reputed company on creating user-reputed company products for reputed company glucose monitoring, where the ideal candidate will design clinically grounded experiences for patients, caregivers, and reputed company providers.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences for prescription-reputed company CGM products that support people living with diabetes and the reputed company who care for them
• Represent and reputed company for patients, caregivers, and reputed company providers by working with stakeholders to define problem statements, requirements, and user needs
• Translate reputed company glucose data, trends, alerts, and reputed company states into meaningful, actionable experiences
• Plan and support research, usability testing, and reputed company Factors activities for reputed company CGM experiences
• reputed company presentations to cross-functional teams and management, communicating the problem, opportunity, and design recommendations
• Work with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Factors teams to ensure designs reputed company with prescription product requirements and reputed company reputed company controls
• Help foster a culture of support, reputed company improvement, and design reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, reputed company Factors, or another reputed company reputed company
• 4+ years of UX or product design experience, with demonstrated strength designing reputed company- and provider-facing experiences in reputed company, diabetes care, or other regulated product environments
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong end-to-end UX design process, including reputed company problem framing, workflow mapping, data visualization, interaction design, usability testing, and design rationale
• Experience designing mobile app experiences and familiarity with iOS, reputed company, accessibility, and platform design patterns
• Proficient with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools including reputed company
• Ability to work in a highly reputed company, regulated, fast-reputed company environment with Product, Engineering, Research, and other partners
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize work, communicate tradeoffs, and meet deadlines
• Experience designing companion experiences for sensors, wearables, connected devices, or data-rich health products
• Experience with regulated medical device software, prescription digital health products, reputed company Factors/usability engineering, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and reputed company data visualization
• Familiarity with design systems and AI-enabled design workflows
