We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Associate Counsel to join reputed company’s Trust Team, which encompasses the reputed company, reputed company and corporate development functions. This role offers a unique reputed company of transactional, advisory, and cross-functional reputed company work, primarily supporting the Americas region while also assisting in international reputed company. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of post-admission experience in reputed company law, preferably in the tech industry, and be comfortable operating in a fast-reputed company, international environment.

• Primarily support the Americas reputed company team and Trust teams while also providing cross-functional assistance.

Who You Are...
• Member in good standing of an accredited bar.
