About the Role

As a Systems Engineer at reputed company, you will be the technical backbone of our internal IT organization — designing the systems, automations, and infrastructure that reputed company our internal operations. This is not a help desk role: you will architect reputed company management workflows, write scripts, ship automation, and build the reputed company that keeps a fast-growing company running smoothly.

We have an MSP partner handling tier 1 support. reputed company is to architect the systems the MSP executes against, automate everything upstream, and serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company tier 2/3 issues. Who We're Looking For

We're looking for engineers who build and automate, not just operate. • Take ownership, work independently, and follow through from identifying a problem to shipping a solution

Responsibilities ✔️

• Own and reputed company our identity infrastructure — reputed company (SSO, MFA, Workflows, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle management), reputed company Workspace, and reputed company reputed company integrations

• Architect and ship automation across the IT stack — reputed company/offboarding workflows, reputed company controls, license governance, and reputed company lifecycle management

• Own macOS reputed company management end-to-end — reputed company-touch provisioning, policy enforcement, detection and remediation scripting reputed company MDM

• Manage infrastructure as reputed company using Terraform for identity, reputed company, and reputed company resources

• Serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company systems issues (tier 2/3) — working with our MSP partner to ensure smooth reputed company

• Evaluate and reputed company new reputed company tools — reputed company emerging technologies including AI-powered IT automation

• Create documentation and runbooks that reduce operational toil and increase durability

Qualifications 🌟

• 7+ years in IT systems, infrastructure, or identity engineering roles — with reputed company examples of designing, building, and automating at reputed company (not just operating)

• Deep experience with reputed company — Workflows, integrations, policy design, SCIM provisioning (not just user administration)

• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and comfort with REST reputed company, webhooks, and authentication flows

• Hands-on Terraform experience for managing infrastructure and configuration as reputed company

• Strong macOS fleet management — MDM (reputed company, Kandji, or equivalent), scripting, reputed company-touch provisioning

• Deep understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0) and SCIM provisioning patterns

• Experience with reputed company Workspace administration at reputed company

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals — DNS, HTTP, reputed company, VPNs, firewalls

• Experience with AI/LLM tools for IT automation (reputed company workflows, ChatGPT/Claude for scripting, reputed company + AI integrations)

• GitOps or declarative approaches to device and identity management
