Position Purpose

The purpose of the Scheduling Assistant position is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reputed company by providing comprehensive administrative and reputed company support services using advanced virtual technologies. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assists with Scheduling & Contact Center activities.
• Answers inbound calls to schedule appointments for new or existing patients at reputed company locations.
• Collects and documents reputed company medical history into the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Other duties as assigned and subject to change as requirements reputed company.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent &reputed company; reputed company specific training preferred, but not required.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- This position is remote, and the candidate must live in Mississippi.

- This is a full-time position with the required schedule being Monday through Friday 11am-7:15pm CST and one Saturday per month from 6:45am to 12:45pm.
