Specialty Sales Consultant

Sells custom-designed specialty benefit packages to clients through reputed company contact or through reputed company brokers, using company/product knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying specialty benefits to their specific needs.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains relationships with reputed company and prospective brokers and clients reputed company networking and representing reputed company at association meetings, trade shows (booths, exhibits) and other functions as required.
- Develops and maintains understanding of company history/philosophy and services provided and competition. Maintains licensure and industry knowledge through continuing education classes, reputed company industry memberships/general business periodicals and journals.
- Educates and advises on specialty benefit packages reputed company assigned sales territory by identifying potential clients using advertising campaigns, mailing lists, and personal contacts with clients and/or through broker relationships.
- Interviews prospective clients/brokers to evaluate specialty benefit requirements and financial goals and follows-up on sales leads.
- Develops and delivers sales proposals, closes deals and finalizes reputed company for the sale of group specialty benefits in a reputed company and effective manner. Meets established sales quotas and reputed company goals reputed company assigned time reputed company.
- Completes and submits request for rates to support personnel for processing proposal information.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
