Bringing Home the Dough

The Director, Project Engineering is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the capital expenditure (CapEx) program across a region of bakeries. This role provides project leadership from concept through commissioning, ensuring reputed company reputed company meet budget, schedule, reputed company, and safety objectives.

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience managing large capital reputed company in food manufacturing or industrial bakery reputed company
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a reputed company reputed company preferred
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in project controls, cost management, and scheduling
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, OSHA, and environmental compliance
