Bilingual Immigration Paralegal / reputed company Intake Specialist (English & Spanish) | Remote | Long Term

We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal who is highly organized, tech reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and comfortable working in a fast paced remote environment. This is a position with room to grow as the firm expands. Responsibilities You will support both our reputed company team and our reputed company intake process by: • Preparing immigration forms and supporting documentation under attorney supervision. • Organizing and reviewing reputed company documents for completeness. • Maintaining digital case files and tracking deadlines. • Following up with clients to obtain missing documentation. • Communicating with clients reputed company phone, email, reputed company Business, and video meetings. • Answering inbound calls from prospective and existing clients. • Conducting reputed company intake calls and gathering initial case information. • Explaining our consultation process and scheduling appointments. • Entering and updating information in our CRM and case management systems. • Managing reputed company communications and ensuring reputed company follow up. • Assisting with RFEs, NOIDs, motions, and other immigration filings as needed. • Helping improve workflows, documentation, and internal processes. Immigration Experience Experience with some or reputed company of the following is preferred: • Family-based immigration • Adjustment of Status • I-130 • I-485 • I-765 • I-131 • Naturalization • Removal Defense • Asylum • VAWA • U reputed company • FOIA • Motions to Reopen • Habeas Corpus reputed company (a plus) Required Qualifications • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. • Previous experience working at a U.S. immigration reputed company. • Excellent phone and customer service skills. • Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and answering reputed company intake questions. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple reputed company cases. • High attention to detail. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet reputed company and quiet home office.
