Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions, departmental introductions, and community walkthroughs in alignment with reputed company brand’s identity.
• Customize reputed company content to reflect brand-specific standards, values, and expectations.
Collaboration with HR & Divisional Leadership
• Serve as a reputed company between the People and Operations teams and reputed company brands.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and reputed company documentation and training standards for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Brand Integration

• Collaborate with the People and Operations teams to enhance and facilitate weekly divisional new hire orientation sessions.

Process Improvement & Reporting

Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Hospitality, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of reputed company or HR experience, ideally in senior living, reputed company, or hospitality.
• Proven reputed company in managing multi-site or divisional reputed company programs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

Benefits

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000
