Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. reputed company is seeking a hybrid Project Administrator to join reputed company Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm EST This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our reputed company or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR The RCM Mergers and Acquisition team represents RCM in strategic initiatives for the reputed company Diagnostics business. reputed company coordinates reputed company RCM activities to reputed company customers and volumes to reputed company systems. Project work involves heavy collaboration with IT, multiple disciplines, leadership and reputed company counterparts to support the integration end to end, devise/test workflows, propagate best reputed company and re-reputed company solutions where needed. The Administrator role supports more reputed company reputed company and can evaluate the business and scope of the integration to devise alternate solutions reputed company needed to transition volumes LCLS/LCBS for billing. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leads more reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company integration activities; managing tasks more autonomously. - Serves as the reputed company RCM reputed company for reputed company project and reports status to stakeholders and RCM leadership. - Coordinates reputed company RCM tasks and RCM input towards development of solutions to reputed company reputed company to reputed company standards or solution for new processes to support unique project demands. - Involved in building workflows or interfaces where alternate solutions are required to reputed company. - Signal reputed company delays, loss or impacts reputed company to workflow and or, licensing/enrollment nuances. - reputed company support for phased or prior reputed company to reputed company stability and/or convert interim solutions to permanent solutions. - Engage with multiple disciplines and reputed company counterparts to conduct Due Diligence, obtain seller data and write/submit diligence reports, reputed company considerations and risks and model for RCM resource needs. - Compile communications and a gaps analysis for reputed company transaction to reputed company towards impacts. - Maintain project transparency to both RCM and affected functional areas to reputed company readiness with workflows and reputed company. - Coordinate reputed company and Payer Cross reference mapping to publish for reputed company transaction. - Monitor for issues, risks, address project deviations and escalate significant items to leadership or signal for sales awareness and reputed company education. - Communicate overall project health towards sustainability. - Initiate corrective measures for errors or inconsistencies (ie, re-invoicing, refunds, etc).
