This is a Home-based role in reputed company reputed company, MO or surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer equipment, including installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Videojet devices located at our customer sites. This role requires building strong, trusted relationships with customers and providing expert guidance to address their needs.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
Travel throughout the reputed company reputed company, MO territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel and/or limited weekend work.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.

The essential requirements of the job include:
A minimum of 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

Must be comfortable with day travel and home most evenings; but also occasional overnight travel.
