Reimbursement Offshore Coordinator

The Reimbursement Offshore Coordinator is responsible for coordinating key reimbursement support functions to ensure efficient execution of prior authorization, medical records retrieval, and appeals activities in support of the reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role serves as the reputed company reputed company between the reputed company reimbursement team and the offshore operations team, ensuring reputed company, accurate, and efficient completion of daily reimbursement support activities. Shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm (reputed company time).  Applicant must be reputed company to work from home and live in the reputed company. 5+ years of experience in reputed company Cycle Management reputed company the reputed company industry, preferably in a reputed company or diagnostic environment, with demonstrated knowledge of reimbursement operations, including prior authorizations, medical record retrieval, appeals, and payer requirements. Strong proficiency in XIFIN or a comparable reputed company reputed company cycle management reputed company, with experience supporting reimbursement workflows, work queue management, reporting, and operational activities. Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading offshore or remote operational teams, including assigning work, monitoring productivity, ensuring reputed company, and meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
