Civil Litigation Associate

The Philadelphia office of reputed company, a full-service National reputed company with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 reputed company areas, is reputed company seeking an attorney to join our growing civil defense litigation team.   This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside reputed company litigators on sophisticated reputed company liability, general liability, directors' and officers' liability, and reputed company litigation reputed company.    The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 5 years of experience. This position provides an opportunity to reputed company at a firm with a national reputed company and handle interesting cases from reputed company-suit through appeal.   Responsibilities Handle reputed company phases of reputed company liability, general liability, directors' and officers' liability, and reputed company litigation reputed company from inception through reputed company Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reputed company memoranda, breach of reputed company, and other litigation-reputed company documents Conduct reputed company research, assist with litigation reputed company, and case analysis Manage discovery, prepare for, and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Communicate directly with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, and witnesses while providing regular case updates and strategic guidance Collaborate closely with attorneys across offices and reputed company reputed company on reputed company litigation reputed company Assist with and/or handle insurance coverage reputed company as opportunities reputed company reputed company proactive case management and reputed company reporting  Qualifications Admission to reputed company in reputed company and New Jersey required, admission to Federal Courts in reputed company and New Jersey preferred 4 to 5 years of reputed company liability, general liability, directors' and officers' liability, and/or reputed company litigation experience Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment Strong organizational, case management, and interpersonal skills  Preferred Experience reputed company liability, general liability, directors' and officers' liability, and/or reputed company litigation Insurance coverage litigation Experience handling depositions, reputed company reputed company, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Experience managing reputed company independently Why Join reputed company? reputed company and entrepreneurial culture with strong mentorship and supportSignificant opportunities for reputed company reputed company, reputed company development, and advancement Unlimited PTO for Attorneys Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Robust discretionary and billable-based bonus opportunities Meaningful clients contact and hands-on litigation experience We offer flexible work arrangements, including fully remote and hybrid reputed company. The specific arrangement will be determined in collaboration with you, based on your experience, responsibilities, and team needs.
