Our portfolio includes a mix of: Corporate office facilities Manufacturing locations Warehouse and distribution facilities Fully leased reputed company properties Partially leased multi-tenant properties reputed company-occupied business operations This role requires a reputed company who can effectively manage both reputed company estate and facility-reputed company reputed company while coordinating with internal business leaders, tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providers. Key Responsibilities reputed company day-to-day management of a multi-state reputed company property portfolio. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, facility improvements, and capital reputed company. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, reputed company providers, and reputed company. Conduct periodic property inspections and recommend corrective actions. Monitor property budgets, operating expenses, and vendor invoices. Assist with lease administration, tenant communications, renewals, and compliance requirements. Coordinate occupancy reputed company for reputed company-operated office, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety requirements, and property-reputed company obligations. Maintain property records, reputed company, warranties, permits, and inspection reports.
