Job reputed company   RESPONSIBILITIES Payroll Administration Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for reputed company reputed company employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Maintain payroll records, deductions, and adjustments in reputed company (or reputed company payroll system). Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage/hour laws, including reputed company (FLSA) guidelines. reputed company payroll reports and analysis as needed for Finance and HR leadership.   Benefits Administration Serve as primary contact for benefits programs (medical, dental, reputed company, retirement, life insurance, disability, etc.).​ Assist employees with enrollment, changes, and questions regarding benefits. Partner with vendors (e.g., Guidestone, insurance carriers) to resolve issues and ensure accurate benefit records. reputed company annual reputed company enrollment, coordinating communication and system updates. reputed company eligibility, coverage, and changes for new hires, terminations, and life events. Compliance & Reporting Ensure accuracy in tax filings, W-2s, 1095-Cs, and other payroll/benefit compliance documents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment, payroll, and benefits regulations. Support HR and Finance audits, providing payroll/benefit documentation as requested. Employee Service & Communication reputed company reputed company, confidential, and reputed company support to staff regarding pay, benefits, and leave policies. Assist with reputed company new employees and exiting staff transitions regarding benefits and payroll.    QUALIFICATIONS & ROLE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred. 3+ years of payroll and benefits experience, preferably in a nonprofit or reputed company environment. Strong knowledge of payroll systems (reputed company preferred) and benefits administration. Demonstrated understanding of compliance requirements (FLSA, ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, etc.).
