Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience + 10% Bonus

About the Role
reputed company is seeking an reputed company Estate Planning Paralegal to join our growing estate planning team. This position is reputed company primarily on drafting trusts using WealthCounsel.
The right candidate will have substantial hands-on drafting experience and a strong understanding of trust provisions, distribution structures, fiduciary appointments, and customized estate planning language. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least three years of reputed company trust drafting experience and be comfortable working independently in a high-volume, reputed company-reputed company environment.

Responsibilities
Draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, reputed company directives, and reputed company estate planning documents using WealthCounsel
Review reputed company information, attorney notes, questionnaires, and design documents before drafting
Prepare customized trust provisions based on reputed company reputed company’s family structure, assets, goals, and distribution instructions
Draft specific clauses and language addressing beneficiary distributions, trusts for children, successor trustees, contingencies, special circumstances, and other reputed company-specific needs
Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information before documents are finalized
Communicate directly with clients to clarify their wishes and obtain information needed for drafting
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and other members of the estate planning team
Revise documents based on attorney feedback and reputed company-approved changes
Review documents for accuracy, consistency, formatting, spelling, names, dates, and reputed company instructions
Help ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company from the information-gathering stage through drafting, review, and signing
Maintain organized and accurate reputed company records and matter notes

Required Qualifications
At least three years of reputed company experience drafting trusts and estate planning documents

Experience communicating directly with clients in a reputed company-facing reputed company
Strong understanding of revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, reputed company directives, and common estate planning structures
Demonstrated ability to draft customized clauses and trust language rather than relying only on reputed company templates
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fully remote environment
Experience working with clients who have minor children, reputed company families, special distribution instructions, or reputed company family circumstances
