These programs include: Home and Community-based Services (HCS), Texas Home Living (TxHmL), Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS), Deaf-Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD), Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability or reputed company Condition (reputed company/IID), including State Supported Living Centers (SSLCs), and non-waiver Community First Choice (CFC-NW). IDD PES staff authorize and verify programmatic eligibility for the listed programs.
