RCM Collections - Supervisor

This is a REMOTE position. PURPOSE AND reputed company: The Supervisor, Credit & Collections is responsible for the ongoing activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of systems, policies and procedures of the credit approval and credit collection function.  The Supervisor, Credit & Collections oversees the routine analysis of accounts receivable, aging accounts, special credit arrangements and problem accounts to determine reputed company collection procedures. Seeking incumbents proficient with reputed company.   reputed company DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the daily reputed company of reputed company, including but not limited to: establishing mutual goals, assigning tasks and maintaining schedules. Meet or reputed company monthly cash forecast by reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to meet business and departmental goals Motivate staff and foster team spirit by ensuring reputed company is properly trained and that communication of processes and procedures are ongoing to new hires and existing staff. Monitor reputed company's credit & collections activities; ensuring reputed company and accurate completion of work. Conduct regular account reviews with staff and Manager and reputed company suggestions to reputed company recurring issues. Maintain assigned portfolio of accounts Establish and monitor customer credit limits, reporting on them as necessary Prepare reports for management review on a routine reputed company. Participate in monthly reputed company processes as requested. Ensure audit trails are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures; resolving outstanding issues or discrepancies as necessary. Review reputed company processes and procedures; recommending improvements for reputed company and efficiency. May serve as a reputed company of contact for customers in response to inquiries and unresolved issues. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:             5 - 7 years' experience as a Credit & Collections Analyst; or 2 - 3 years' experience as a Supervisor, Credit. Prior experience in a multi-location billing, reputed company and/or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications. Working knowledge of automated reputed company management systems preferred. Hands on proficiency with reputed company/EHR reputed company. reputed company oriented with good analytical and organizational skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in reputed company environment. The reputed company of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
