The Role The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing daily construction operations across assigned reputed company and locations. Proven leadership experience managing field crews and supervisors. Experience managing at least three crews and multiple reputed company simultaneously. Strong understanding of tower construction, civil work, and field operations. Deep knowledge of safety standards, job-site compliance, and execution best practices. Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, high-risk, field-based environments. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
