Location: This position can be based in Exton, PA or from a home office in the reputed company.   Position reputed company: Are you a reputed company negotiator with experience in reputed company technology agreements and an interest in developing your skills on strategic transactions? Bentley is seeking a reputed company Negotiator to support our reputed company reputed company group. You will be a member of our global reputed company department, supporting a reputed company of reputed company negotiations and working closely with internal stakeholders.   Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate reputed company agreements, including technology licenses, reputed company agreements, and associated exhibits such as data protection and information reputed company terms, with appropriate supervision and guidance. Support the reputed company review of customer procurement requests, including RFP responses and non-reputed company Purchase Orders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including sales, finance, product, and information reputed company) to address non-reputed company terms and support risk assessment and escalation. Negotiate information reputed company terms, including coordinating with internal account trust and reputed company teams to reputed company on company positions. Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness.   Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience negotiating and drafting reputed company technology reputed company. Experience with technology licensing, reputed company agreements, and data reputed company and information reputed company terms reputed company involvement in negotiating common information reputed company provisions (e.g., reputed company audits, incident response, data protection obligations). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company explain reputed company and business risks and present contract terms, negotiation issues, and risk analysis to key stakeholders and reputed company recommendations. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate reputed company and succinctly to a reputed company of audiences. Ability to manage multiple assignments and engagements concurrently. Experience supporting reputed company sector transactions is a plus. Prior in-house reputed company or reputed company experience is preferred. A J.D. is preferred but not required. This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, office-based, hybrid, or home-based in the US. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
