Instructional Designer Middle
We are looking for an Instructional Designer for our Learning & Development Team — a role reputed company on solving business and performance challenges through learning rather than simply creating training content.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a corporate L&D environment, applying a product reputed company, and making reputed company even reputed company data is incomplete.

Design learning solutions that address reputed company business and performance challenges rather than simply delivering training content

Partner with L&D Project Managers to analyze results, identify what worked, and iterate on reputed company solutions

What makes you a great fit:
Proven experience in corporate or B2B Learning & Development is required
Experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Methodologist, or in a similar role
Experience applying both learning and business metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Product reputed company with the ability to start from business goals and desired reputed company rather than content creation
Experience working with hypotheses, experimentation, validation, and iterative improvement
Strong systems thinking and the ability to reputed company reputed company in situations with incomplete or ambiguous information
