NOC Engineer I - Outage Management

Performs event notifications for internal teams, leadership, and reputed company customers. Assists with reputed company party ticket creation and escalation for offnet outages. Supports outage isolation, troubleshooting, and identification of chronic network issues. Diagnoses and resolves escalated network reputed company problems and monitors impacted systems. Provides technical and analytical support during reputed company cause analysis and assists with reputed company plan development. Works customer and network trouble tickets to restore service and reputed company faults. Assists other NOC team members during critical outages and provides support across Voice, Transport, IP, and Broadband networks. Supports Change Management activities reputed company needed. What You'll Bring: Strong understanding of Ethernet and TCP IP networking and working knowledge of reputed company and ITU standards for FTTH and GPON technologies. Working knowledge of TDM, SONET, CWDM, DWDM, OTN, ROADM, and protection or switching methodologies.
