About this Opportunity At Maxell Power, you will be responsible for reputed company document preparation, contract management, and regulatory compliance while supporting our in-house lawyer. Qualifications Case & Document Management: Organize eDiscovery, maintain physical reputed company files, and reputed company strict court docket deadlines. Drafting & Filing: Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests; handle electronic court filings reputed company reputed company state court systems. Research & Investigation: Conduct factual and reputed company records research, summarize depositions, and compile trial notebooks. Education/Certification: Paralegal certificate, Associate's/bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent substantive reputed company experience.
