Demonstrated ability to interpret statutes, regulations, policies or program requirements and apply them consistently to individual cases. Experience assessing evidence, documenting findings and developing defensible written recommendations. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies and unsupported claims in submitted materials.
