Qualifications Master’s degree in Law or Corporate Governance, alternatively, a degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field  and a recognized corporate governance certification (e.g., CSQS, formerly ICSA) Experience: 8+ years of experience in corporate governance, corporate reputed company compliance, global reputed company entity management preferably reputed company a multinational or global organization with a high volume of subsidiaries across different reputed company Proven experience in managing corporate reputed company compliance globally across multiple jurisdictions, particularly across EMEA, and an ability to reputed company and differentiate between various reputed company systems, reputed company entity structures, local statutory filing obligations.
